2. User Accounts

3. Services
- Bookings and Reservations: RezerveNow facilitates bookings and reservations between users and service providers.
- Service Providers: Providers must ensure the accuracy of their listings, availability, and pricing and must honor bookings made through the platform.
4. Payments
Fees: Basic usage is free for consumers. Businesses may subscribe to various paid plans offering additional features such as SMS Bundles, promotions, and priority listings.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Pricing Changes: RezerveNow reserves the right to change pricing, features, or bundles at any time. For existing subscribers, any pricing changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership Cancellations: Users may cancel their memberships at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect immediately. Refunds for any unused portion of the membership period or included features (e.g. SMS bundles) will not be provided unless required by law.
Service Cancellations: Consumers can cancel or reschedule appointments based on the specific service provider’s cancellation policy. Service providers are responsible for notifying customers promptly of any cancellations, and refunds will be processed according to the service provider’s policy.
SMS Credits:
SMS credits included in subscription plans are valid as long as the subscription is active.
Upon cancellation of a subscription, any unused SMS credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
SMS credits purchased separately (as add-ons) can be carried over to the following month while your account remains active.
SMS credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other services.
6. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Reviews: Users may leave reviews, but must ensure that feedback is truthful, respectful, and not defamatory or misleading.
7. Service Provider Responsibilities
RezerveNow is a technology platform and does not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fulfillment of services offered by providers.
Providers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and schedule.
Providers must manage customer relations and are solely responsible for resolving any service disputes.
RezerveNow may suspend or remove provider accounts for repeated complaints, false listings, or policy violations.

Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary for providing our services, such as name, contact details, booking history, and payment information.

RezerveNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by third-party vendors. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services during the previous 30 days
