Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Services
Permitted Use: You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activities, to impersonate others, or to harm other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on RezerveNow, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you post or submit.
License: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.
7. Termination and Cancellations
Membership Cancellations: Users can cancel their memberships at any time, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to their account until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused periods are not provided.
Service Cancellations: Users may cancel service bookings per the provider’s cancellation policy. In case of a cancellation by RezerveNow or the service provider, users will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling will be handled as per the provider’s policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezerveNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
