1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between RezerveNow (“we”, “our”, “us”) and business proprietors (“you”, “your”) using our platform to list and manage their services. By registering and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Registration and Account
Eligibility: Only authorized representatives of legitimate businesses can register.
Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain your account information.
3. Services Provided
RezerveNow offers a platform for businesses to list their services, manage bookings, and interact with customers. We do not guarantee any level of bookings or specific business outcomes.
4. Fees and Payments
Subscription Fees: Businesses may be required to pay subscription fees for premium features. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance.
Payment Terms: All payments are due in accordance with the terms specified during registration. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership Cancellations: Business proprietors may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription or included features (e.g., SMS Credits) will not be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
SMS Credits and Bundles:

SMS credits included in subscription plans are valid as long as the subscription remains active. Upon cancellation, any unused SMS credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

SMS credits purchased as add-ons may be used across billing periods as long as the user’s account remains active. However, no refunds will be given for unused SMS credits, and they may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
RezerveNow reserves the right to adjust the cost or availability of Subscription packages and SMS bundles with prior notice.
Booking Cancellations by Providers: Business proprietors must establish and clearly communicate a cancellation policy for customer bookings, including terms for refunds or rescheduling.
6. Content and Listings
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all listings, descriptions, and other content you post on RezerveNow are accurate and up-to-date.
Prohibited Content: Listings must not include misleading information, offensive material, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
7. User Data and Privacy
Data Use: We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
User Communications: You may only contact users for purposes related to their bookings or your services. Spam or unsolicited marketing communications are prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
Platform IP: All intellectual property rights in the RezerveNow platform and services are owned by us or our licensors.
9. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to us.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of this Agreement or if required to comply with legal obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezerveNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RezerveNow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of our services.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
13. Platform Usage by Service Providers
- RezerveNow acts solely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between service providers and consumers. We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, availability, or legality of any service listed on the platform.
- Service providers are solely responsible for fulfilling their services and handling disputes with customers. RezerveNow is not a party to any agreement between consumers and providers.
- Providers must ensure all listings are accurate and updated. Failure to fulfill bookings may lead to account suspension or removal from the platform.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
